ISLAMABAD (Reuters) – Pakistan’s Supreme Court said on Friday it will quickly wrap up hearing challenges to President Pervez Musharraf’s re-election, after an earlier plan for a 10-day adjournment raised fears emergency rule might be declared.

United States Representative, Bobby Jindal, who is a Republican, was elected as the governor of Lousiana. He is the youngest person to be elected governor at 36 years old in United States History. He is the son of Indian immigrant.
Jindal won 53% of the 92% of the votes in the election.
