He would have to be the best Maiden singer, no one else has the sheer punch and power.

Ian Gillan No1, no question, just listen to “Child in Time” on the album Made In Japan, if that doesn’t move you, nothing will.
Robert Plant next and, believe it or not, Roger Taylor of Queen.
In my opinion better vocalist than Mercury, but Queen without Freddie wouldn’t have worked, so you need Freddie up there too.
And kudos for Bruce for livin’ the dream!
